Our next Story of God – Bible Seminar is on God.

God reveals himself to us in the Bible. The Bible is not a book where you look under “G” to find out about God. It is a story – a glorious story of a redeeming God.

An unknown God can neither be trusted, served, nor worshipped.
The ultimate purpose of theology is not merely to gather information, but to know, love, and enjoy God, the one who is the truth. In this seminar, we will look at the amazing God revealed in Scripture, most clearly in the Person of Jesus, for our good and God’s glory.

We have 3 separate dates available to join in for this seminar:

• Thursday, August 28 – 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Upper Room
• Friday, September 5th – 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Upper Room
• Saturday, September 6th – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at Upper Room

At the heart of each of our Grace seminars is understanding the Scriptures in light of the fullness of Jesus Christ and His everlasting and unshakable kingdom! Our desire is to help people learn how to read the Scriptures as Jesus shows us, as opposed to a system driven or logic driven or tradition driven approach. Therefore we want to examine and study the clear texts of the Bible within their scriptural context. Our hope is that we will discover that every topic rightly viewed is tied directly to the glorious Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ!
